Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?

Yes! We offer immediate order cancellation within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Your order will be cancelled and refunded in full as soon as we get your request, so long as the order has not shipped out yet.

If you would still like a refund once your order has been shipped out, you will have to initiate our standard returns process.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Currently, Breton Performance Engineering do not offer a return option. However, if the item arrives damaged, we’ll make it up to you. You can request a refund, or an exchange/store credit. Please contact us at paypal@bretonperformance.com.

What types of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Paypal, Mastercard, American Express, Venmo, Discovery, Diners Club, Elo, Google Pay, JCB, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.

What are your shipping options?

Currently, we only offer one shipping option. For more information, please visit the Shipping FAQ page.

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

We’ll make it up to you. You can request a refund, or an exchange/store credit. Please contact us at paypal@bretonperformance.com.

Where do you ship from?

Currently, we ship from fulfillment centers in Puerto Rico.
